Noel Schaffert started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Olof Soned managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Tåfjutt's supporters rose to their feet, but Olof Soned was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Nölting breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7th minute, Olof Soned made a precise shot to the right of Henry Nölting. Academica Pulheim's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 15 minutes, Noel Schaffert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academica Pulheim and the BK Tåfjutt players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Academica Pulheim getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Noel Schaffert hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jari Anzengruber got free with Villiam Trillkott in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 20 minutes of play, BK Tåfjutt's Olof Soned made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henry Nölting was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olof Soned sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Henry Nölting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olof Soned, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Academica Pulheim's goal looked a bit too open when Olof Soned came free, but Henry Nölting reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Villiam Trillkott showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Schaffert in the 32nd minute of the match. The nice shot from Jari Anzengruber in the 34thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Villiam Trillkott had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Henry Nölting took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Soned, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Meinolf Rebe during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute, Noel Schaffert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Academica Pulheim getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Justino Jeraldo hit a great ball. Academica Pulheim's Henry Nölting played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olof Soned in the 46th minute of play. The Academica Pulheim players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. BK Tåfjutt were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olof Soned to make the kick off. Carl Derm kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Hans Blom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Nölting saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henry Nölting stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olof Soned's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute of the match BK Tåfjutt got a corner. Academica Pulheim's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mattias Petersson ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Sven-Åke Deckberg managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Jari Anzengruber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Villiam Trillkott having to interfere. Olof Soned sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Academica Pulheim's Hannes Steckamp was substituted for Rando Max. BK Tåfjutt's Olof Soned got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olof Soned fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Nölting having to interfere. Hannes Steckamp hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 87 played minutes Academica Pulheim got a freekick which was hit by Burkhardt Scheider. BK Tåfjutt's Mattias Petersson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Academica Pulheim. The supporters of BK Tåfjutt booed when Academica Pulheim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacek Thierse didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched BK Tåfjutt eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
