Javier Milei was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Edgard Maya came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Mesere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Maya couldn't finish the play. Javier Milei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Maya in the 24th minute of the match. Mesere were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Club El Progreso's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eate Azcaraso took the corner. Javier Milei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasile Soare in the 29th minute of play. Javier Milei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Maya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charis Manatakis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 정 만 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 35 minute of play. Elano Rojo hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Javier Milei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Maya, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The throw-in from Celestino Sayvion in the 39th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mesere's Millrick Ballestero. In the 43rd minute Vasile Soare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Milei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club El Progreso's Javier Milei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Maya in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vasile Soare made a kick off. In the 61st minute, Elano Rojo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Javier Milei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Maya in the 66th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Javier Milei successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Club El Progreso's Javier Milei got control of the ball when Edgard Maya tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 73 played minutes Mesere got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Ahedo. In the 74th minute Bruno Maxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charis Manatakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Club El Progreso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 정 만 to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Club El Progreso's 정 만 got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pacho Losua during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 87th minute, Pacho Losua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, Edgard Maya left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mesere fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The Mesere players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
