In the 4th minute, Bonifacio Txerran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucas Sabina was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Jimeno Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ugutz Albizua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute Bernardo Perutxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Sabina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th match minute, C.D. Ciudad de Soria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Villalcazar to maneuver through the defense. Jimeno Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Villalcazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Villalcazar in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jimeno Santos saved TALLERES DE CBA from getting behind. C.D. Ciudad de Soria were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after TALLERES DE CBA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Platon Pedraza took the corner. The corner led to C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Ugutz Albizua getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 24 played minutes TALLERES DE CBA got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Perutxo. Jimeno Santos made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Platon Pedraza sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Gonzalo Klusener sped through C.D. Ciudad de Soria's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lucas Sabina. In the 39th match minute, TALLERES DE CBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Neron to maneuver through the defense. Jimeno Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Villalcazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Lucas Sabina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Txerran in the 45th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Colon Rico was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bonifacio Txerran got free with Lucas Sabina in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, TALLERES DE CBA's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Villalcazar came free, but Jimeno Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bonifacio Txerran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Lucas Sabina made a huge save. Platon Pedraza lost his temper 60 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Platon Pedraza hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 63 minutes of play, C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Colon Rico made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jimeno Santos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Colon Rico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd match minute, TALLERES DE CBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Txerran to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, TALLERES DE CBA's goal looked a bit too open when Colon Rico came free, but Jimeno Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ugutz Albizua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 77 minutes, Colon Rico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.D. Ciudad de Soria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Colon Rico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bonifacio Txerran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Lucas Sabina made a huge save. In the last second Lucas Sabina throw himself and got hold of the ball when Bonifacio Txerran in the 79thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bonifacio Txerran in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Sabina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lisandro Alcaraz kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Jimeno Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Colon Rico in the 85th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Colon Rico made a precise shot to the right of Jimeno Santos. TALLERES DE CBA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Colon Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jimeno Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
