The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victoriano Jerrold to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Rodrigue Davoust mouthed his way into the referee's book. Congo Bongo's Jonatan Bortzaioriz got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute Moussa Blanquart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Ihazintu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Epifanio Ihazintu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigue Davoust in the 82nd minute of the match. Les Pionniers de Touraine's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jean-Pierre Goigoux in the 83rd minute. After taking down the ball on Les Pionniers de Touraine's corner Jean-Pierre Goigoux fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Epifanio Ihazintu quite easily take care of the ball.
