Spectators: 8051 (Terracing: 6039, Seating: 1852, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Miguel Godoy started the match with the kick off. The supporters of ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ booed when 1989 Blxsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Godoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eraldo Dionisi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lorenzo De Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Ostargi in the 7th minute of play. In the 14th minute Miguel Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo De Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute of the match, José Ramos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aristides Etor was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Millano in the 17th minute of play forced ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s goalkeeper Lorenzo De Paredes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Eraldo Dionisi fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s protests and gave Eraldo Dionisi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, Eraldo Dionisi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute José Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Etor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Abel Marquez fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 1989 Blxsk's protests and gave Abel Marquez a yellow card for diving instead. Abel Marquez hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as José Ramos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aristides Etor. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. Celestino Millano kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. José Ramos struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Aristides Etor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ►Las Mercedes F.C◄. Lorenzo De Paredes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celestino Millano's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Lorenzo De Paredes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Ostargi in the 36th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, José Ramos lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Aristides Etor.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Beto Centella made a kick off. Miguel Godoy's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Lorenzo De Paredes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 85th minute Beto Centella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Etor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, 1989 Blxsk's goal looked a bit too open when Beto Centella came free, but Aristides Etor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lorenzo De Paredes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Godoy's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Aristides Etor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eraldo Dionisi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo De Paredes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Ostargi in the 94th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ could leave the field as winners, despite 1989 Blxsk having more of the ball for most of the match.
