Spectators: 8011 (Terracing: 6010, Seating: 1842, VIP seats: 159) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Michel Batistuta made the kick off which started today's match. When Michel Batistuta came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the STAL ST WOLA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michel Batistuta couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute, STAL ST WOLA's Mikolaj Lech dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a rather tough play, STAL ST WOLA's Gustaw Bendyk got a free kick in the 7th minute. When Vladislav Burov came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Arsenal F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vladislav Burov couldn't finish the play. Arsenal F.C. were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after STAL ST WOLA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Viktor Bityagovskiy took the corner. Viktor Bityagovskiy made a great header on Arsenal F.C.'s corner, it was just that STAL ST WOLA's Roman Matai managed to reach the ball for a save. Arsenal F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Viktor Bityagovskiy in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute of the match Arsenal F.C. got a corner. STAL ST WOLA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Viktor Bityagovskiy ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Arsenal F.C.'s corner Viktor Bityagovskiy fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roman Matai quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of STAL ST WOLA booed when Arsenal F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konstantin Kalinin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roman Matai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yakov Romanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Artem Melnikov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roman Matai was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Roman Matai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Proskurin in the 37th minute of play. When Yakov Romanov fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arsenal F.C.'s protests and gave Yakov Romanov a yellow card for diving instead. Yakov Romanov kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mark Proskurin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Arsenal F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Michel Batistuta came free, but Valentin Alekseenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Michel Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Alekseenko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Artem Melnikov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sergey Azbukins short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Roman Matai to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arsenal F.C.'s Valentin Alekseenko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaw Bendyk in the 73rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mark Proskurin in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Matai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A nice corner shot did that Viktor Bityagovskiy got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roman Matai quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. STAL ST WOLA made a substitution. Patryk Glogowski replaced Michel Batistuta. In the 90th minute Nikolay Usachev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Matai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, STAL ST WOLA's Stanislaw Domin got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When Viktor Bityagovskiy came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Arsenal F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viktor Bityagovskiy couldn't finish the play. STAL ST WOLA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Arsenal F.C. for a fine match.
