In the 9th match minute, Arsenal F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikolay Usachev to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Alexandria Team08's Marcu Bilașco got a free kick in the 10th minute. Valentin Alekseenko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Craioveanu in the 17th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Alexandria Team08's Gheorghe Craioveanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valentin Alekseenko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Arsenal F.C.'s Viktor Bityagovskiy got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Eduard Luncanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Konstantin Kalinin during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Arsenal F.C.'s Konstantin Kalinin got a free kick in the 26th minute. Corneliu Antohi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valentin Alekseenko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. The Arsenal F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alexandria Team08 were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gheorghe Craioveanu to make the kick off. The referee felt a red card was in order, 53 minutes into the game, when Konstantin Naumov put in a rough tackle. 53 minutes into the game, one of Arsenal F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Nikolay Usachev charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nikolay Usachev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes Arsenal F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nikolay Usachev. In the 58th minute, Alexandria Team08's Gheorghe Craioveanu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Valentin Alekseenko. Valentin Alekseenko yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Laurențiu Popescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Alvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Nikolay Usachev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valentin Alekseenko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Raniolo in the 74th minute of play. In the 78th minute Alonzo Alvarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurențiu Popescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alonzo Alvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alonzo Alvarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurențiu Popescu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikolay Usachev in the 97th minute of play forced Alexandria Team08's goalkeeper Laurențiu Popescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Alexandria Team08 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Arsenal F.C. throughout the match.
