In the 3rd minute, Aristides Egoitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Howling Dawn U18 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Enzo Shantala made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maurinho Mineiro in the 8th minute. Zhang Zheng Liang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Enzo Shantala made a huge save. Enzo Shantala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Sarmento in the 12th minute of play. Enzo Shantala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurinho Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Maurinho Mineiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enzo Shantala. Howling Dawn U18's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maurinho Mineiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Lun Luna might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guga Baiano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lun Luna ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lun Luna in the 22nd minute of play forced Vila Mascote FC's goalkeeper Guga Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enzo Shantala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurinho Mineiro in the 28th minute of the match. After 33 minutes of play, Vila Mascote FC's Jean Sarmento made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enzo Shantala was left in no man's land by his defense there! 37 minutes into the game, Aristides Egoitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Howling Dawn U18's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vila Mascote FC the free kick. After 37 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Egoitz. 40 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's goal looked a bit too open when Jean Sarmento came free, but Enzo Shantala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 minutes, Zhang Zheng Liang made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lun Luna took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guga Baiano. Guga Baiano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Enzo Shantala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's goal looked a bit too open when Délio Peixoto came free, but Enzo Shantala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Shantala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhang Zheng Liang, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vila Mascote FC's goalkeeper Guga Baiano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 57th minute Howling Dawn U18 were awarded a corner. Mercurio Mercurio went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Vila Mascote FC's goalie and right to Lun Luna. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Vila Mascote FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mercurio Mercurio in the 61st minute of play forced Vila Mascote FC's goalkeeper Guga Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Vila Mascote FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Erasmo Santana hit a great ball. Guga Baiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mercurio Mercurio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Astor Barbosa. After a rather tough play, Howling Dawn U18's Astor Barbosa got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute Délio Peixoto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Shantala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guga Baiano made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Baldomiro Jerrald sent off a good shot on target. Enzo Shantala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Sarmento in the 87th minute of play. Enzo Shantala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurinho Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Astor Barbosa in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Guga Baiano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 97th minute Jean Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Shantala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Vila Mascote FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
