The tension between the SABALEPLUS and the Xentrias players grew even worse after the yellow card. 13 minutes into the game, Jarl Vallengren recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernabe Hanot. Gunnar Jakobsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horacio Nevada went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Nastasio in the 21st minute of play forced Xentrias's goalkeeper Gunnar Jakobsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xentrias were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after SABALEPLUS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jan Björklund took the corner. Xentrias's Jan Björklund was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bernabe Hanot in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 25th minute, Xentrias's Miklós Császár seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Miklós Császár the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Xentrias protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Miklós Császár had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Xentrias fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! Xentrias:s Gunnar Jakobsson showed great skill when he stopped Blas Nastasio:s penalty. The corner ended in Raul Galo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Xentrias's Gunnar Jakobsson did a great save. Bernabe Hanot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sydney Gonçalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernabe Hanot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sydney Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Sydney Gonçalves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernabe Hanot having to make a save. 42 minutes into the match, Xentrias's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Nastasio came free, but Gunnar Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gunnar Jakobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horacio Nevada in the 43rd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Horacio Nevada had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gunnar Jakobsson. Xentrias's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Horacio Nevada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The supporters of SABALEPLUS booed when Xentrias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Cena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Blas Nastasio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Gunnar Jakobsson made a huge save. Bernabe Hanot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sydney Gonçalves in the 53rd minute of play. In the 59th minute, Gregorio Amaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, SABALEPLUS's goal looked a bit too open when Jussi Björling came free, but Bernabe Hanot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Jussi Björling left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xentrias fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After some careless play in the SABALEPLUS defense, Jussi Björling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernabe Hanot. The SABALEPLUS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernabe Hanot should have stopped the shot. The supporters of SABALEPLUS booed when Xentrias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Haraldsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernabe Hanot came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Xentrias's Jussi Björling. But to his dismay, Jussi Björling quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Bernabe Hanot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jussi Björling in the 85th minute of the match.
