Petr Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Gustavo Hermes in the 2nd minute of the match. The referee ignored UFC Puturoasa's protests and gave Filip Chiritã a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 played minutes UFC Puturoasa got a freekick which was hit by Filip Chiritã. Alexei Caraman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Cresconio Carreño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Cresconio Carreño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ion Gribincea in the 12th minute of play. Cresconio Carreño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ion Gribincea, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Chus Carreira hit a great ball. Checa Peñas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Petr Čech made a huge save. Rainerio Urias short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Petr Čech to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alphonso Davies scored 0-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cresconio Carreño, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Rencio Peral got a free kick in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chus Carreira to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florentino Aquejano in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petr Čech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rdth minute of the game Dolfo Rogel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UFC Puturoasa's Petr Čech was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luiz Gustavo Hermes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petr Čech having to interfere.
