CE LAJEADENSE RS's Theobald Manjon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexei Caraman in the 11th minute of play. Udo Nigula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Petr Čech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Udo Nigula in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petr Čech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute Ion Gribincea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theobald Manjon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to CE LAJEADENSE RS getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Rodrigo Ely hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Iigo got free with Petr Čech in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the game, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Leo Iigo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petr Čech made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After a rather tough play, UFC Puturoasa's Victor Grimalschi got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ion Gribincea made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, UFC Puturoasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alphonso Davies to maneuver through the defense. After 54 minutes of play, UFC Puturoasa's Ion Gribincea made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Theobald Manjon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Udo Nigula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Petr Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Iigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Leo Iigo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petr Čech narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 67 minutes into the game, Caetano Saad cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Petr Čech was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Udo Nigula in the 71st minute of play forced UFC Puturoasa's goalkeeper Petr Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Leo Iigo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CE LAJEADENSE RS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 78th minute Udo Nigula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Iigo struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Petr Čech didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CE LAJEADENSE RS. After 80 minutes of play, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Udo Nigula made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petr Čech was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ion Gribincea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theobald Manjon having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, UFC Puturoasa's goal looked a bit too open when Udo Nigula came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Leo Iigo sped through UFC Puturoasa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Petr Čech. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Theobald Manjon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexei Caraman in the 89th minute of play. Udo Nigula scored 7-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petr Čech, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Teodor Cociu fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UFC Puturoasa's protests and gave Teodor Cociu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of CE LAJEADENSE RS booed when UFC Puturoasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodor Cociu didn't get a good kick on the ball. CE LAJEADENSE RS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
