After 2 minutes, Jhon Arias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CE LAJEADENSE RS and the Fc Kertzfeld players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th minute Leo Iigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Kalemba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Fc Kertzfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Saad came free, but Iwo Kalemba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Wesley Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theobald Manjon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwo Kalemba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Iigo in the 16th minute of the match. Iwo Kalemba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Iigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Titouan Levet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fc Kertzfeld's Iwo Kalemba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Saad in the 19th minute of play. Iwo Kalemba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Iigo in the 22nd minute of play. After 24 minutes, Emil Fărcășan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CE LAJEADENSE RS and the Fc Kertzfeld players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emil Fărcășan hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes, Fc Kertzfeld's Titouan Levet shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Theobald Manjon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fc Kertzfeld reached it. Theobald Manjon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teo Esiquio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iwo Kalemba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Iigo in the 29th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Fc Kertzfeld's Wesley Donato got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 36th match minute, CE LAJEADENSE RS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jhon Arias to maneuver through the defense. When Herman Johnsson fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Kertzfeld's protests and gave Herman Johnsson a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teo Esiquio got free with Theobald Manjon in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute, Caetano Saad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iwo Kalemba was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wesley Donato stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Theobald Manjon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Esiquio, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Iigo got free with Iwo Kalemba in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teo Esiquio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Udo Nigula in the 59th minute of play forced Fc Kertzfeld's goalkeeper Iwo Kalemba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Leo Iigo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iwo Kalemba was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Udo Nigula in the 65th minute of play forced Fc Kertzfeld's goalkeeper Iwo Kalemba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Leo Iigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Kalemba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The CE LAJEADENSE RS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CE LAJEADENSE RS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
