Dobromir Keep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Iigo in the 5th minute of play. Purple Shadows's Dobromir Keep played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Saad in the 7th minute of play. After 8 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Emil Fărcășan. The crowd rose to their feet as Purple Shadows's Gorom Kanø slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Theobald Manjon. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. In the 20th minute, Udo Nigula ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dobromir Keep was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Theobald Manjon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Alberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Leo Iigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobromir Keep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Purple Shadows booed when CE LAJEADENSE RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Fărcășan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Emil Soliwoda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gorom Kanø in the 31st minute of play forced CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Theobald Manjon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gorom Kanø could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Theobald Manjon made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Gorom Kanø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Theobald Manjon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Gorom Kanø received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Theobald Manjon came out and tried to block the shot, but Gorom Kanø slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 39th minute. Theobald Manjon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Alberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gorom Kanø made the kick off in the second half. Dobromir Keep took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Udo Nigula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the game, Jakob Alberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Theobald Manjon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gorom Kanø scored 5-2 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Theobald Manjon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute Gorom Kanø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theobald Manjon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Purple Shadows's Dobromir Keep proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Purple Shadows from getting a goal against them. 73 minutes into the match, CE LAJEADENSE RS's goal looked a bit too open when Tonin Zogu came free, but Theobald Manjon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 minutes of play, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Udo Nigula made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dobromir Keep was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 79 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Caetano Saad. Theobald Manjon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Relja Jurišić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Theobald Manjon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakob Alberg in the 82nd minute of the match. The corner ended in Caetano Saad almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Purple Shadows's Dobromir Keep did a great save. Udo Nigula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 90 played minutes Purple Shadows got a freekick which was hit by Aabel Ladva. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Leo Iigo pulled a muscle in his leg after 94 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 94 minutes into the game, Ştefan Dobrea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Purple Shadows's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CE LAJEADENSE RS the free kick. 94 minutes into the game, one of Purple Shadows:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 97 minutes into the match, Udo Nigula had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dobromir Keep. Purple Shadows's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Udo Nigula was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-4. For all the effort they put into the match, the CE LAJEADENSE RS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Purple Shadows.
