Spectators: 8044 (Terracing: 6034, Seating: 1850, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zé Paulo Fontes started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Manly FC got a freekick which was hit by Rob Burton. With a little luck, Lupere FC - DMZ's Silas Bastos got control of the ball when Mister Yasin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, Lupere FC - DMZ's Marcelo de Souza made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sydney Ross was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Manly FC defense, Marcelo de Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sydney Ross. The Manly FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sydney Ross should have stopped the shot. In the 19th minute, Manuel Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Fabiano Capixaba hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Silas Bastos was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bray Paull. After 24 minutes of play, Lupere FC - DMZ's Marcelo de Souza made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sydney Ross was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 38 played minutes Manly FC got a freekick which was hit by Massimo Rocchetti. Manly FC's Sydney Ross played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo de Souza in the 39th minute of play. Silas Bastos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valentino Panetta in the 42nd minute. Manuel Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to Manly FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Matthias Hanslow hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rob Burton to make the kick off. Sydney Ross showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo de Souza in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Bray Paull hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute Marcelo de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sydney Ross saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sydney Ross showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Paulo Fontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Bray Paull hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd match minute, Manly FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Massimo Rocchetti to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo de Souza in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sydney Ross, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mister Yasin in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silas Bastos saved Lupere FC - DMZ from getting behind. Silas Bastos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentino Panetta, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After 71 played minutes Manly FC got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Lenard. Patrick Lenard hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Massimo Rocchetti hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Manly FC's Sydney Ross proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Manly FC from getting a goal against them.
