Spectators: 8147 (Terracing: 6111, Seating: 1874, VIP seats: 162) -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Jock Tare started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Silas Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Tănăsie in the 3rd minute of the match. After 5 played minutes Lupere FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Frédson Soeiro. After 6 played minutes, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Dênis Hermes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silas Bastos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in -BZF- Barca de Buzau reached it. In the 19th minute, Marcelo de Souza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Big Saver. The goal made the score 1-0. -BZF- Barca de Buzau made a substitution. Irinel Bîlbă replaced Adam Tănăsie. 34 minutes into the match, Lupere FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Jock Tare came free, but Silas Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Big Saver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Paulo Fontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Lupere FC - DMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sven-Arne Sandell in the 37th minute. Marc Gol tried in the 37th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Big Saver a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-0. When -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Jock Tare in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lupere FC - DMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Sanderson Cabeleira hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute Sven-Arne Sandell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Big Saver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zé Paulo Fontes was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Lupere FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaká Saraiva to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Marc Gol got a free kick in the 56th minute. Lupere FC - DMZ's Silas Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jock Tare in the 58th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jock Tare got free with Silas Bastos in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 70th minute Zé Paulo Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Big Saver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaká Saraiva made in the 72nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Luiz Fabiano Capixaba. In the 80th minute, Jock Tare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute Jock Tare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silas Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonard Chiru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Leonard Chiru came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the -BZF- Barca de Buzau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonard Chiru couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd match minute, -BZF- Barca de Buzau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sanderson Cabeleira to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Sanderson Cabeleira got a free kick in the 95th minute.
