An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Harendarski in the 26th minute of play forced Yupandú FC's goalkeeper Aquiles Mannie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Lucjan Sokol notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Yupandú FC's Aquiles Mannie. Aquiles Mannie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 33 minutes in the game, Delmiro Frutos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eugeniusz Wachna having to interfere. Aquiles Mannie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Podowski in the 37th minute of play. In the 44th match minute, 2kC Poznań was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milosz Podowski to maneuver through the defense. After 46 minutes, Teofilo Izel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yupandú FC and the 2kC Poznań players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Yupandú FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Teofilo Izel hit a great ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Zachary Plaski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 2kC Poznań's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zachary Plaski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half 2kC Poznań were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Yupandú FC's goalkeeper Aquiles Mannie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lucjan Sokol came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aquiles Mannie could save by the left post. After 53 played minutes Yupandú FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Izel. Lucjan Sokol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Aquiles Mannie made a huge save. Eugeniusz Wachna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Frutos in the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Yupandú FC's goalkeeper Aquiles Mannie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucjan Sokol. 66 minutes into the game, Zbigniew Zaworski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 2kC Poznań's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yupandú FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in 2kC Poznań fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! Eugeniusz Wachna had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Marciano Maidana's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, 2kC Poznań's Konstanty Rode got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Aquiles Mannie came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by 2kC Poznań's Milosz Podowski. But to his dismay, Milosz Podowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 84 minutes into the match, Yupandú FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucjan Sokol came free, but Aquiles Mannie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucjan Sokol's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aquiles Mannie firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 93rd minute Lucjan Sokol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Mannie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, 2kC Poznań's Lucjan Sokol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquiles Mannie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The 2kC Poznań supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing 2kC Poznań would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
