After a rather tough play, CSD Concepción's Arturo Navarrete got a free kick in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Måns Stålman in the 44th minute of play forced CSD Concepción's goalkeeper Tiro Bolas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chico Ortega stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyryl Kiewra in the 53rd minute of play forced CSD Concepción's goalkeeper Tiro Bolas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
