Marcelo de Souza took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiro Bolas. Tiro Bolas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Tiro Bolas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silas Bastos stood somewhat misplaced when Chico Ortega came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 12 minute. 22 minutes into the game, Marcelo de Souza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Tiro Bolas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 25 minutes into the match, CSD Concepción's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo de Souza came free, but Tiro Bolas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 33 minutes, Zé Paulo Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lupere FC - DMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Paulo Fontes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th match minute, Lupere FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Paulo Fontes to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Marcelo de Souza notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of CSD Concepción's Tiro Bolas. Tiro Bolas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 41 minutes into the game, Lupere FC - DMZ's Marcelo de Souza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tiro Bolas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Zé Paulo Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46 played minutes Lupere FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Brodel. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zé Paulo Fontes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zé Paulo Fontes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiro Bolas having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in CSD Concepción's zone, Marcelo de Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiro Bolas came out of the goal and Marcelo de Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Paulo Fontes in the 59th minute of play forced CSD Concepción's goalkeeper Tiro Bolas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 61 minutes CSD Concepción's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcel Brodel who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Lupere FC - DMZ's corner Marcel Brodel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tiro Bolas quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelo de Souza got free with Tiro Bolas in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match, Lupere FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Chico Ortega came free, but Silas Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CSD Concepción's Tiro Bolas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save CSD Concepción from getting a goal against them. In the 76th minute, Marcelo de Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. CSD Concepción made a substitution. Mario Flores replaced Joaquín Patron. 79 minutes into the game, Chico Ortega was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSD Concepción's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lupere FC - DMZ the free kick. A collision led to CSD Concepción getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Chico Ortega hit a great ball. Marcelo de Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chico Ortega scored 2-4 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silas Bastos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lupere FC - DMZ's attentive Dário Domingues managed to snatch the ball when Victoriano Sierra made a throw-in in the 88th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelo de Souza got free with Tiro Bolas in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mario Flores took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silas Bastos. Silas Bastos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. The CSD Concepción fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lupere FC - DMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
