Fresco Baltanas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilian Ramps, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fresco Baltanas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilian Ramps, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Gilian Ramps left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Beek City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Fresco Baltanas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilian Ramps, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Beek City's Gilian Ramps got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Joey Rosario in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Beek City's Wart Van der Loock. After some careless play in the UE Cornella defense, Gilian Ramps kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fresco Baltanas. The UE Cornella fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fresco Baltanas should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes into the match, Gilian Ramps had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fresco Baltanas. UE Cornella's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilian Ramps was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 37 minutes into the game, Joey Rosario threw the ball into play from the sideline. Beek City's Alan Leempoels quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Fresco Baltanas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilian Ramps, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Edílson van Beek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Beek City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UE Cornella the free kick. Edílson van Beek hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. When Beek City's Gilian Ramps in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fresco Baltanas was left in no man's land by his defense there! The UE Cornella players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Beek City were winning 0-4.

56 minutes into the game, Gilian Ramps recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fresco Baltanas. Gilian Ramps showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. 63 minutes into the match, UE Cornella's goal looked a bit too open when Gilian Ramps came free, but Fresco Baltanas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilian Ramps might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fresco Baltanas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gilian Ramps ran back to his position shaking his head. UE Cornella's Fresco Baltanas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save UE Cornella from getting a goal against them. After 70 minutes, Toni Medina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UE Cornella and the Beek City players grew even worse after the yellow card. Toni Medina hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the game, Gwenn Worteleers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Beek City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UE Cornella the free kick. The supporters of UE Cornella booed when Beek City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwenn Worteleers didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the match, UE Cornella's goal looked a bit too open when Gilian Ramps came free, but Fresco Baltanas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fresco Baltanas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilian Ramps in the 84th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Oscar Bosbeeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd match minute, UE Cornella was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carles Hidalgo to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute Gilian Ramps shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fresco Baltanas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Beek City had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
