In the 11th minute, Gavril Kulin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nils-Åke Koch hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th match minute, JET-M was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimcho Tzakov to maneuver through the defense. Alexandre Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slavi Goryanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandre Pires stood somewhat misplaced when Slavi Goryanov came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 18 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt-Rune Strömbom in the 23rd minute of play forced JET-M's goalkeeper Stoyan Teodosiev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, JET-M's Alexandre Pires threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lachezar Ralovski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alexandre Pires was a little too slow when Lachezar Ralovski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 2-0. Lachezar Ralovski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Pires having to interfere. Ulf Öfverman struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Stoyan Teodosiev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brothers of Mercy. 45 minutes into the match, Mats Elg notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of JET-M's Stoyan Teodosiev. Stoyan Teodosiev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lachezar Ralovski to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to JET-M getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Dimcho Tzakov hit a great ball. Alexandre Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slavi Goryanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandre Pires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slavi Goryanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 62 minutes into the match, Brothers of Mercy's goal looked a bit too open when Evlogi Dzhoganov came free, but Alexandre Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Lachezar Ralovski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexandre Pires. Brothers of Mercy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lachezar Ralovski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Alexandre Pires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slavi Goryanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 75th minute Ulf Öfverman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stoyan Teodosiev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. JET-M's Vangel Pilishtarov was substituted for Evlogi Dzhoganov. In the 77th minute Brothers of Mercy were awarded a corner. Thiago van Dijk went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Gustaf Berggren heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. JET-M's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
