Spectators: 7980 (Terracing: 5986, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adolfo Willding took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, The Obscurials's Albert Day got control of the ball when Bengt-Rune Strömbom tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Brothers of Mercy booed when The Obscurials was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dani Willding didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5 minutes into the match, The Obscurials's goalkeeper Albert Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt-Rune Strömbom. 6 minutes into the match, Bengt-Rune Strömbom dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Albert Day, 1-0. In the 9th minute, Ulf Öfverman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brothers of Mercy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Brothers of Mercy's Alexandre Pires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dani Willding in the 18th minute of play. With 19 minutes on the clock, Ellis Sawbridge commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Ellis Sawbridge kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Thiago van Dijk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Albert Day made a huge save. 28 minutes into the match, Ulf Öfverman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Albert Day, 3-0. Alexandre Pires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Willding, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 37 played minutes Brothers of Mercy got a freekick which was hit by Thiago van Dijk. In the 40th minute Ulf Öfverman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, The Obscurials's Lance Morey got a free kick in the 44th minute. Albert Day made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Bengt-Rune Strömbom sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

In the 51st minute, Reese Dobson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 56 played minutes The Obscurials got a freekick which was hit by Ellis Trenoweth. 61 minutes into the match, The Obscurials's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Öfverman came free, but Albert Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Ulf Öfverman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Albert Day was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Brothers of Mercy's Erramu Chute was substituted for Bengt-Rune Strömbom. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Adolfo Willding managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Obscurials's supporters rose to their feet, but Adolfo Willding was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Pires breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dani Willding hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Albert Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago van Dijk in the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Brothers of Mercy's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Willding came free, but Alexandre Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, The Obscurials's goal looked a bit too open when Erramu Chute came free, but Albert Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Erramu Chute made a precise shot to the right of Albert Day. The Obscurials's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Albert Day didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulf Öfverman went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. 95 minutes into the game, Reese Dobson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Obscurials's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brothers of Mercy the free kick. Reese Dobson hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Brothers of Mercy players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
