Paunero's Modesto Theodore proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Paunero from getting a goal against them. 14 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Semeno came free, but Ysmael Alemparte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ysmael Alemparte came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Paunero's Emilio Ruy. But to his dismay, Emilio Ruy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Paunero booed when Altermundi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Disvandis Fabres didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Conrado Gartxot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paunero's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrado Gartxot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ysmael Alemparte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute Arcadio Saralegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Theodore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rogelio Luco to make the kick off. With a little luck, Altermundi FC's Ysmael Alemparte got control of the ball when Cristobal Quexal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Modesto Theodore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Manuel Barbosa in the 69th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Mel came free, but Ysmael Alemparte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Abel Mandiola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altermundi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paunero the free kick. Silverio Semeno who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Ysmael Alemparte when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 75th minute Emilio Ruy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Alemparte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ysmael Alemparte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Semeno, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Ysmael Alemparte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Semeno came free, but Ysmael Alemparte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Silverio Semeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ysmael Alemparte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristobal Quexal in the 90th minute. Altermundi FC's Ysmael Alemparte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Mel in the 93rd minute of play. Ysmael Alemparte made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Silverio Semeno sent off a good shot on target.
