Anier Mero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Tancredo in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Tancredo in the 12th minute of play forced Deportivo Pergamino's goalkeeper Anier Mero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paunero were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Deportivo Pergamino's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Conrado Gartxot took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Conrado Gartxot got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anier Mero quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Iago in the 19th minute of play forced Deportivo Pergamino's goalkeeper Anier Mero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 played minutes Deportivo Pergamino got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Bilbo. 25 minutes into the game, Jacobo Eneas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Pergamino's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paunero the free kick. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Pergamino's Jacobo Eneas got a free kick in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pergamino's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Tancredo came free, but Anier Mero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Diego Ralondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anier Mero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Iago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Paunero's Nicolas Tancredo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anier Mero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Deportivo Pergamino booed when Paunero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Ruy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st match minute, Deportivo Pergamino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Lucas to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Bilbo in the 65th minute of play forced Paunero's goalkeeper Modesto Theodore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emilio Ruy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Mero having to interfere. Benigno Iago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Deportivo Pergamino booed when Paunero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Tancredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Semeno in the 79th minute of play forced Deportivo Pergamino's goalkeeper Anier Mero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 played minutes Deportivo Pergamino got a freekick which was hit by João Lucas. Paunero's Silverio Semeno got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
