The corner was taken by Eusebio Lidon in the 4th minute. After 5 played minutes CAM Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Ascencio. CAM Football Club's Gaudencio Orlin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save CAM Football Club from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the game, Ryan Hellec threw the ball into play from the sideline. CAM Football Club's Eusebio Lidon quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Rayman in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sabri Letailleur saved Herblay from getting behind. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Herblay's goalkeeper Sabri Letailleur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Herblay getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Ludwig Högman hit a great ball. With a little luck, CAM Football Club's Gaudencio Orlin got control of the ball when Christophe Beaulieu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gaudencio Orlin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christophe Beaulieu in the 25th minute. If Hermengildo Montrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 played minutes Herblay got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Högman. In the 28th minute Miguel Rayman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabri Letailleur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, CAM Football Club's Miguel Rayman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sabri Letailleur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Moises Ignatius charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moises Ignatius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th minute, Moises Ignatius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermengildo Montrell in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sabri Letailleur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, CAM Football Club's Gaudencio Orlin got control of the ball when Isaltino Gaúcho tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Herblay booed when CAM Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Lidon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half CAM Football Club were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christophe Beaulieu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. CAM Football Club were furious when Moises Ignatius was red carded, 51 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Moises Ignatius hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Gaudencio Orlin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christophe Beaulieu in the 56th minute of play. Sabri Letailleur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aristides Fagondo in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batiste Botella in the 68th minute of play forced CAM Football Club's goalkeeper Gaudencio Orlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Batiste Botella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Orlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaudencio Orlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christophe Beaulieu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Herblay's Samir Moutoussamy got a free kick in the 84th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CAM Football Club eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
