Spectators: 8011 (Terracing: 6010, Seating: 1842, VIP seats: 159) Mischa Guibord started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Hannes Saenger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Fagondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Wil 1900's Hannes Saenger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Rayman in the 4th minute of play. With a little luck, CAM Football Club's Gaudencio Orlin got control of the ball when Adam Hinnen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aristides Fagondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Hannes Saenger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaudencio Orlin came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Wil 1900's Joshua Anderhub. But to his dismay, Joshua Anderhub quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 14th minute Mischa Guibord shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Orlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Mischa Guibord managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Wil 1900's supporters rose to their feet, but Mischa Guibord was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaudencio Orlin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Wil 1900's Hannes Saenger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Fagondo in the 21st minute of play. If Miguel Rayman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hannes Saenger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Fagondo in the 25th minute of play. Gaudencio Orlin made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Mischa Guibord sent off a good shot on target. Ignacio Berto kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joshua Anderhub got free with Gaudencio Orlin in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Mischa Guibord took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Gaudencio Orlin to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aristides Fagondo to strike the kick off in the second half. Aristides Fagondos short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Hannes Saenger to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When FC Wil 1900's Mischa Guibord in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CAM Football Club's goalie prevented a goal. 64 minutes into the match, FC Wil 1900's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Rayman came free, but Hannes Saenger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Götz Venkataramanappa's late challenge caught a CAM Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Götz Venkataramanappa helped the player get up and apologised. FC Wil 1900 made a substitution. Karim Gerber replaced Mischa Guibord. CAM Football Club's Feliciano Celio was substituted for Delmar Orlanda. Götz Venkataramanappa kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Claudio Francesco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Hannes Saenger made a huge save. The supporters of CAM Football Club booed when FC Wil 1900 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Hinnen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Wil 1900's goalkeeper Hannes Saenger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Wil 1900's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Claudio Francesco was slow to take the kick. During this time CAM Football Club's players had a chance to rest. CAM Football Club's Claudio Francesco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hannes Saenger in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 93rd minute, Aristides Fagondo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CAM Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 95 played minutes CAM Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Fagondo. FC Wil 1900's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
