In the 5th minute Marty King shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorien Vilela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute Jools Holland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorien Vilela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Luo Feng Feng made a precise shot to the right of Lorien Vilela. Injuries's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 20 played minutes Heavenly Hooters got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz de Moraes. 28 minutes into the match, Injuries's goal looked a bit too open when Marty King came free, but Lorien Vilela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 minutes Injuries's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marty King who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Heavenly Hooters's Marty King to fire away a dangerous shot which Lorien Vilela despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Isac Vornicu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Heavenly Hooters's supporters rose to their feet, but Isac Vornicu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lorien Vilela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Heavenly Hooters's Lennie Rusby proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Heavenly Hooters from getting a goal against them. Lorien Vilela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marty King, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39thth minute of the game Pedro Luiz de Moraes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Injuries's Lorien Vilela was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 41 minutes Injuries's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marty King who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Marty King got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lorien Vilela quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Janich Millinder hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute of the match Marty King shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lorien Vilela showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lennie Rusby made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Philibert Philippeau sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes into the game, Pedro Luiz de Moraes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Lorien Vilela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Luiz de Moraes was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Jools Holland made a precise shot to the right of Lorien Vilela. Injuries's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Injuries's Albert Neerholt was substituted for Philibert Philippeau. The supporters of Heavenly Hooters booed when Injuries was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teddy Skak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lorien Vilela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luo Feng Feng in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinhardt Stenseth in the 73rd minute of play forced Heavenly Hooters's goalkeeper Lennie Rusby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lorien Vilela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luo Feng Feng in the 78th minute of the match. Heavenly Hooters made a substitution. Kevin Byrne replaced Ross Clark. In the 82nd minute, Adrian Moss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Heavenly Hooters's Marc Armstrong got a free kick in the 86th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Injuries's Teddy Skak tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lorien Vilela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gafur Peşrev, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gafur Peşrev in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lorien Vilela saved Injuries from getting behind. The Heavenly Hooters supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Heavenly Hooters would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
