Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enmanuel Monroy in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Volpi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 8 minutes, Enmanuel Monroy made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Tabossi's Thiago Volpi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thiago Volpi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enmanuel Monroy, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. One of Tabossi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Snorlax FC:s goal. Enmanuel Monroy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Volpi having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Tadeo Eneas made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Isaac Beremundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enmanuel Monroy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Volpi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Tabossi's goal looked a bit too open when Enmanuel Monroy came free, but Thiago Volpi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 minutes, Anacleto Sazon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tabossi and the Snorlax FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Snorlax FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tabossi had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
