Jean-Marie Van Bever took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Molland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Huilipan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 冰谷 谢霆锋 in the 47th minute of play forced Suleskard's goalkeeper Rodrigo Huilipan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu to make the kick off. Suleskard's Rodrigo Huilipan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Suleskard from getting a goal against them.
