Nagyváradi AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcell Pécsi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romeo Bogdănescu made in the 7th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Nagyváradi AC's Gábor Keserű. Vencel Pápai's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Florin Zăhărescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Miklós Bögi made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Roland Warka sent off a good shot on target. Florin Zăhărescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vencel Pápai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, FC MeHigh's Virgil Crăiță dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Florin Zăhărescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonz Földi, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Florin Zăhărescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcell Pécsi in the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC MeHigh's Romeo Bogdănescu got a free kick in the 93rd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Nagyváradi AC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC MeHigh.
