It was Ábel Zarka who took care of the corner kick. Nagyváradi AC's Ábel Zarka was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Clodoveo Rojas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 10 minutes into the match, Nusnäs IF's goal looked a bit too open when Vencel Pápai came free, but Clodoveo Rojas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bai Peng Nings short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Miklós Bögi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bai Peng Ning had several of the Nagyváradi AC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 13 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Miklós Bögi as he didn't even see the shot coming. Miklós Bögi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bai Peng Ning in the 18th minute. Miklós Bögi made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Bai Peng Ning sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute Vencel Pápai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Rojas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcell Pécsi in the 21st minute of play forced Nusnäs IF's goalkeeper Clodoveo Rojas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bai Peng Ning got free with Miklós Bögi in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nusnäs IF's Clodoveo Rojas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vencel Pápai in the 25th minute of play. After 34 played minutes Nusnäs IF got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Erik Caspersson. Clodoveo Rojas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcell Pécsi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Svenne Berka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miklós Bögi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nusnäs IF's Osvald Josefsson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Richárd Makai, made in the 41st minute of the game. Clodoveo Rojas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vencel Pápai in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcell Pécsi to make the kick off. The throw-in from Osvald Josefsson in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nagyváradi AC's Richárd Makai. After having played for 53 minutes, Alfonz Földi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nagyváradi AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonz Földi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Nusnäs IF's Love Svensson got a free kick in the 56th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ábel Zarka got free with Clodoveo Rojas in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Nusnäs IF's Clodoveo Rojas got control of the ball when Alfonz Földi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Nagyváradi AC's goal looked a bit too open when Svenne Berka came free, but Miklós Bögi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
