After some careless play in the Nibiru X defense, Fabiano Abraão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaston Osorio. The Nibiru X fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaston Osorio should have stopped the shot. In the 32nd minute, Alipio Elguea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Róbson Linares got control of the ball when Nicodim Ipătescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Merusca F&P - CIMZ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nibiru X.
