After 5 minutes, Natalio Baudelio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itacaruaré FC and the Pinheiros Capibaras FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th minute, Natalio Baudelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ismael Garaona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fabiano Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. When Valdomiro Sanches came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Pinheiros Capibaras FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdomiro Sanches couldn't finish the play. Luís Fabiano Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julian Claus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gabriel Ritchie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Fabiano Sena took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ismael Garaona. Ismael Garaona dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Pinheiros Capibaras FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Luís Fábio Massa hit a great ball. Telmo Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Ritchie in the 33rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Fabiano Sena during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luís Fabiano Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. If Julian Claus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Luís Fabiano Sena slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ismael Garaona. That made the score 2-0 after 43 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Luís Fabiano Sena made the kick off in the second half. Luís Fabiano Sena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valdomiro Sanches scored 3-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Garaona, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Célio Rezende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Ritchie's late challenge caught a Pinheiros Capibaras FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Ritchie helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Pinheiros Capibaras FC booed when Itacaruaré FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Ritchie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Itacaruaré FC's Ismael Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdomiro Sanches in the 66th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Luís Fabiano Sena notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Itacaruaré FC's Ismael Garaona. Ismael Garaona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gabriel Ritchie struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Telmo Chaves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itacaruaré FC. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pinheiros Capibaras FC's goalkeeper Telmo Chaves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Valdomiro Sanches recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ismael Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fabiano Sena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 90 minutes, Julian Claus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itacaruaré FC and the Pinheiros Capibaras FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Julian Claus kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. If Valdomiro Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Itacaruaré FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valdomiro Sanches came free, but Ismael Garaona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
