Pierre-Loup Guérinet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 25 minutes, Pierre-Loup Guérinet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lunar Park's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pierre-Loup Guérinet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vito Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre-Loup Guérinet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pierre-Loup Guérinet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vito Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre-Loup Guérinet in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Lunar Park booed when Jukatriz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doni Penha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pierre-Loup Guérinet might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vito Velloso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pierre-Loup Guérinet ran back to his position shaking his head. Vito Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre-Loup Guérinet in the 34th minute of the match. When Lunar Park's Pierre-Loup Guérinet in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Germano Branco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Calvin Miel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Germano Branco made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Labrousse in the 54th minute of play forced Jukatriz's goalkeeper Vito Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lunar Park's Calvin Miel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jânio Barral in the 56th minute of play. After 57 minutes Lunar Park's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Doni Penha who took care of the corner kick. Nuno Pirani kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Germano Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Doni Penha fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jukatriz's protests and gave Doni Penha a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Jukatriz's Doni Penha got a free kick in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre-Loup Guérinet in the 67th minute of play forced Jukatriz's goalkeeper Vito Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jukatriz's Vito Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre-Loup Guérinet in the 69th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Ronald Jeanne notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Jukatriz's Vito Velloso. Vito Velloso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lunar Park's Sam Brot got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Sam Brot off the ground. The supporters of Jukatriz booed when Lunar Park was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sam Brot didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Lunar Park's goal looked a bit too open when Jânio Barral came free, but Calvin Miel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Jukatriz's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Labrousse came free, but Vito Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pierre-Loup Guérinet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vito Velloso having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilbert Labrousse in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vito Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
