Nicanor Cedro lost his temper 18 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 17th minute, one of Stellenbosch:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Stellenbosch. If Baldomiro Gaizko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodosio Bermund struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. 曲银建 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stellenbosch. 61 minutes into the game, Stellenbosch's Teodosio Bermund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 曲银建 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. If Ladislao Abella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Prasert Genius booed when Stellenbosch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. A collision led to Stellenbosch getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Teodosio Bermund hit a great ball. Cosme Lucian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 曲银建 having to interfere. In the 96thth minute of the game Teodosio Bermund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Prasert Genius's 曲银建 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
