Spectators: 7100 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Benjamin Garrandes made the kick off and thus started the match. A collision led to Overal Peru getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Sabin Llana hit a great ball. Reynaldo Valdez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Hernani Pirani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Willian Sousa during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Willian Sousa hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Reynaldo Valdez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hernani Pirani having to make a save. In the 20th minute, Overal Peru's Benjamin Garrandes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hernani Pirani. Hernani Pirani yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 27th minute Jorge Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xavies Casados saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernani Pirani was a little too slow when Benjamin Garrandes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 3-0. After 37 played minutes Overal Peru got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Valdez. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oséias de Alcântara in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xavies Casados prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the game, Green Squad FC's Jorge Gaspar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Xavies Casados made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Overal Peru were furious when Nisio Herreras was red carded, 43 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 43rd minute, one of Overal Peru:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Overal Peru. Hernani Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Garrandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jorge Gaspar was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Overal Peru's goalkeeper Xavies Casados had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oséias de Alcântara. After 58 played minutes Green Squad FC got a freekick which was hit by Raí Jacinto. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Gaspar during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Overal Peru booed when Green Squad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Balasi Bustillos hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Jorge Gaspar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Xavies Casados. The goal made the score 3-2. In the 70th minute, Gilmar Carneiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xavies Casados was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. In the 77th minute, Benjamin Garrandes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Overal Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. In the 80th minute, Benjamin Garrandes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Overal Peru's Donato Agrelo got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Overal Peru's Xavies Casados proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Overal Peru from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Overal Peru had won after a very even match.
