A collision led to Los Diablos Rojos getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Eustaquio Beltxe hit a great ball. Julian Sotil was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Basilio Bihar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Siro Jatsu in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aaron Fe saved Patricio Rey Futbol Club from getting behind. 21 minutes into the game, Benjamin Mancio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Patricio Rey Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Diablos Rojos the free kick. The supporters of Los Diablos Rojos booed when Patricio Rey Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Mancio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Casimiro Gabon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julian Sotil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Julian Sotil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Gabon, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Casimiro Gabon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julian Sotil. That made the score 3-0 after 30 minutes of play. Julian Sotil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Gabon, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Siro Jatsu made a kick off. When Tomas Quilino came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Patricio Rey Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Quilino couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Los Diablos Rojos's zone, Basilio Bihar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julian Sotil came out of the goal and Basilio Bihar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the match, Los Diablos Rojos's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Mancio came free, but Julian Sotil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Patricio Rey Futbol Club's goalkeeper Aaron Fe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 75 minutes into the game, Tomas Quilino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Julian Sotil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 77 minutes of play Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Benjamin Mancio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Los Diablos Rojos booed when Patricio Rey Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Mancio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julian Sotil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Locaio in the 80th minute of play. Casimiro Gabon struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Julian Sotil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patricio Rey Futbol Club. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Quilino in the 92nd minute of play forced Los Diablos Rojos's goalkeeper Julian Sotil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd match minute, Patricio Rey Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Corderall to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that Patricio Rey Futbol Club were the better team. Patricio Rey Futbol Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
