In the 13th match minute, The Huns was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rareș Visarion to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in The Huns's zone, Ulf Hedman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Ignătescu came out of the goal and Ulf Hedman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute, Klas Rudqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yung Gunners FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Markus Nordlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Traian Stoicescu in the 25th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Boboc got free with Markus Nordlund in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Markus Nordlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustin Perșa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute Traian Stoicescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Nordlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Bot got free with Markus Nordlund in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the game, Alex Voina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Markus Nordlund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 45 minutes into the game, The Huns's Robert Bot nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Markus Nordlund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iustin Perșa was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes The Huns got a freekick which was hit by Traian Stoicescu. 60 minutes into the match, Yung Gunners FK's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Perșa came free, but Markus Nordlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Traian Stoicescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Nordlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Berglund charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Berglund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sebastian Berglund hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match.
