The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Soucar FC's Xinto Abrego got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julian Scigan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aimar Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Eloy Mangas came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Victoria Września's Stefan Cytrynski. But to his dismay, Stefan Cytrynski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Eloy Mangas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Cytrynski in the 17th minute of the match. Zigor Pedriza charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zigor Pedriza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zigor Pedriza kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Stefan Cytrynski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Eloy Mangas made a huge save. The supporters of Soucar FC booed when Victoria Września was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmund Olszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eloy Mangas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stefan Cytrynski's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After 27 played minutes Soucar FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Gonzalez. 36 minutes into the match, Soucar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Cytrynski came free, but Eloy Mangas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogelio Cano hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. When Artur Ruzicki came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Victoria Września fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artur Ruzicki couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the match, Soucar FC's goalkeeper Eloy Mangas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stefan Cytrynski. 46 minutes into the game, Witomir Lichniak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Victoria Września's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soucar FC the free kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aimar Villa made a kick off. Boleslaw Perkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 minutes, Antero Ortiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soucar FC and the Victoria Września players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 57 played minutes Soucar FC got a freekick which was hit by Antero Ortiz. Eloy Mangas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Cytrynski in the 61st minute of the match. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Stefan Cytrynski notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Soucar FC's Eloy Mangas. In the 85th minute, Stefan Cytrynski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eloy Mangas was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Stefan Cytrynski's late challenge caught a Soucar FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stefan Cytrynski helped the player get up and apologised. The audience was convinced that Stefan Cytrynski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eloy Mangas was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Stefan Cytrynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Mangas having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Victoria Września had played much better football throughout.
