Julian Scigan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingemar Dahlman in the 10th minute of play. FK Ekebo were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Victoria Września's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rune Ekman took the corner. In the 13th match minute, Victoria Września was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Olszewski to maneuver through the defense. Stefan Cytrynski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 17th playminute. The supporters of FK Ekebo booed when Victoria Września was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Cytrynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute of the match Rune Ekman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julian Scigan skillfully saved the ball. Karl-Erik Vester struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Julian Scigan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Ekebo. Artur Ruzicki hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 28 played minutes, FK Ekebo's Rune Ekman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julian Scigan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FK Ekebo reached it. If Izydor Kalak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Scigan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Västerberg in the 36th minute of the match. Rune Ekman kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. FK Ekebo's Philip Mattsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izydor Kalak in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Ingemar Dahlman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Scigan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stefan Cytrynski during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Stefan Cytrynski hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Västerberg made a kick off. Philip Mattsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Cytrynski in the 51st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zdzislaw Biraga during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 53rd minute, Zdzislaw Biraga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Rune Ekman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Victoria Września's Julian Scigan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Västerberg in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Lionel Deol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FK Ekebo's Anders Alebäck was substituted for Joseph Frisk. In the 62nd minute, Artur Ruzicki sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FK Ekebo's Philip Mattsson didn't even have to move. 64 minutes into the match, FK Ekebo's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Cytrynski came free, but Philip Mattsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FK Ekebo made a substitution. Lennart Eliasson replaced Karl-Erik Vester. Victoria Września were furious when Michal Bartocha was red carded, 71 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Victoria Września fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! In the 72nd minute of the game, FK Ekebo got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. After a rather tough play, FK Ekebo's Andréas Ivarsson got a free kick in the 76th minute. After 79 played minutes FK Ekebo got a freekick which was hit by Philip Dahlqvist. Witomir Lichniak scored 2-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Philip Mattsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 87 minutes into the game, Izydor Kalak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Philip Mattsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th minute, Joel Västerberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julian Scigan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2.
