Joel Västerberg hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute Joel Västerberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Polentzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Västerberg in the 12th minute of play forced Copérnico F.C.'s goalkeeper Eloy Polentzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Jose Qwinton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute of the match Rune Ekman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eloy Polentzi skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Joel Västerberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eloy Polentzi was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. FK Ekebo's Philip Mattsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Polentzi in the 18th minute of play. When Ingemar Dahlman came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the FK Ekebo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingemar Dahlman couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Copérnico F.C.'s Ermegildo Polentzi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Philip Mattsson. That made the score 1-0 after 28 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Västerberg in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eloy Polentzi saved Copérnico F.C. from getting behind. In the 39th minute, Ermegildo Polentzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amadeo Florin hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. FK Ekebo's Karl-Erik Vester got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th match minute, Copérnico F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Ponciano to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Västerberg in the 46th minute of play forced Copérnico F.C.'s goalkeeper Eloy Polentzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The wind increased when Jose Qwinton made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Copérnico F.C.'s zone, Karl-Erik Vester stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eloy Polentzi came out of the goal and Karl-Erik Vester tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saturnino Eudoxio kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. FK Ekebo made a substitution. Lucas Brenner replaced Nils-Åke Ahlfors. In the 58th minute, Saturnino Eudoxio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FK Ekebo's Joel Västerberg got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th match minute, FK Ekebo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Ekman to maneuver through the defense. FK Ekebo made a substitution. Lennart Eliasson replaced Karl-Erik Vester. Rune Ekman kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ingemar Dahlman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eloy Polentzi. That made the score 2-1 in the 68 minute of play. In the 75th minute of the match FK Ekebo got a corner. Copérnico F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rune Ekman ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FK Ekebo's corner Rune Ekman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eloy Polentzi quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 77 minutes, Anacleto Ponciano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Copérnico F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Anacleto Ponciano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Copérnico F.C. booed when FK Ekebo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Ekman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Philip Mattsson came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Copérnico F.C.'s Jose Qwinton. But to his dismay, Jose Qwinton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. A collision led to Copérnico F.C. getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jose Semeno hit a great ball. After having played for 83 minutes, Rune Ekman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Ekebo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rune Ekman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Jose Qwinton notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of FK Ekebo's Philip Mattsson. Philip Mattsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eloy Polentzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Västerberg in the 92nd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Amadeo Florin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Copérnico F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Ekebo the free kick.
