The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Sixto Richie could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Mariano Balesio however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, ATLETICO TOSODELMA's Guido Santikurtz got a free kick in the 15th minute. Severiano Hurko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Balesio having to interfere. If Juninho Pernambucano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Richie. Marcos Maria struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Benji Price didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ATLETICO TOSODELMA. 26 minutes into the game, Roman Eli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ATLETICO TOSODELMA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newpi Academy the free kick. Roman Eli kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. ATLETICO TOSODELMA's Mariano Balesio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save ATLETICO TOSODELMA from getting a goal against them. If Marcos Maria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 played minutes ATLETICO TOSODELMA got a freekick which was hit by Roman Eli. Sixto Richie received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mariano Balesio came out and tried to block the shot, but Sixto Richie slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute, Severiano Hurko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Maria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcos Maria made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, ATLETICO TOSODELMA's goal looked a bit too open when Juninho Pernambucano came free, but Mariano Balesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Juninho Pernambucano put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mariano Balesio. Camilo Berdoi hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, ATLETICO TOSODELMA's goal looked a bit too open when Juninho Pernambucano came free, but Mariano Balesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Balesio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Richie in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute Newpi Academy were awarded a corner. Andres Pacifico went to the cornerflag to take it. Andres Pacifico made a great header on Newpi Academy's corner, it was just that ATLETICO TOSODELMA's Mariano Balesio managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 70th match minute, Newpi Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Richie to maneuver through the defense. Guido Santikurtz hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. If Sixto Richie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Sixto Richie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Pacifico in the 85th minute of play forced ATLETICO TOSODELMA's goalkeeper Mariano Balesio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juninho Pernambucano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Balesio having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Juninho Pernambucano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Newpi Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juninho Pernambucano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Segundo Roderigo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. ATLETICO TOSODELMA's Marcos Maria got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
