Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Armando Orlan made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Erling Bergfelt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Oxel. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Erling Bergfelt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sven-Åke Gadd hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Prudencio Oxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Erling Bergfelt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erling Bergfelt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Orlan in the 11th minute. Rogelio Sugar lost his temper 12 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, CF JABATOS's Rogelio Sugar got a free kick in the 13th minute. When Sven-Åke Gadd came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Gnesta Oilers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Åke Gadd couldn't finish the play. Bernardino Ignazio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Söderman in the 18th minute of play. Jacobo Txanton charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacobo Txanton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes CF JABATOS got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Txanton. Bernardino Ignazio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Söderman in the 26th minute of the match. If Jairo Firman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairo Firman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Erling Bergfelt made a huge save. In the 35th minute, Clemente Tirso fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Jairo Firman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th match minute, Gnesta Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakarias Hellbom to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute Clemente Tirso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erling Bergfelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sakarias Hellbom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gnesta Oilers's Erling Bergfelt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Firman in the 57th minute of play. Patrik Finman kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Arsenio Izel charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arsenio Izel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 72 played minutes CF JABATOS got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Izel. Sakarias Hellboms short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Bernardino Ignazio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arsenio Izel kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Bernardino Ignazio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Söderman, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Jairo Firman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erling Bergfelt having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Armando Orlan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Åke Gadd's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardino Ignazio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Erling Bergfelt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Tirso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
