Nilton Costa started the match with the kick off. With 3 minutes on the clock, Breno Barreto commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Teodoro Varela charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodoro Varela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 14 minutes into the match, Sixto Richie dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carlos Fernando da Cunha, 2-0. Benji Price took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jano Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Nilton Costa hit a great ball. If Jano Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camilo Berdoi during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Newpi Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Caton to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Fernando da Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Berdoi in the 32nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Newpi Academy's Juninho Pernambucano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carlos Fernando da Cunha. That made the score 3-0 after 34 minutes of play. Jano Alves charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jano Alves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jano Alves to maneuver through the defense. Andres Pacifico struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Carlos Fernando da Cunha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Newpi Academy. A collision led to TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Orlando Paraíba hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sixto Richie to strike the kick off in the second half. Nilton Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Carlos Fernando da Cunha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Jano Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jano Alves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benji Price breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benji Price made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Nilton Costa sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Agustin Acuña managed to get in a good position for a shot. Newpi Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustin Acuña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Fernando da Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nilton Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Benji Price made a huge save. 78 minutes into the match, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Nilton Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benji Price narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 79th minute, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Nilton Costa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1.
