Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tris Marriot took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Freddy Gil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicky Askew. FC ARK CS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddy Gil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, FC ARK CS's Oscar Duke got a free kick in the 8th minute. After 9 minutes of play, Club Atletico Chusca's Silvano Geleberto made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicky Askew was left in no man's land by his defense there! Freddy Gil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the game, Alfonso Perrando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Nicky Askew was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 17th minute, Alfonso Perrando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Chusca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After 25 played minutes FC ARK CS got a freekick which was hit by Ken McGurk. In the 26th minute, Aquilino Jokin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Chusca's zone, Tris Marriot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Maore came out of the goal and Tris Marriot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tris Marriot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the FC ARK CS defense, Alfonso Perrando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicky Askew. The FC ARK CS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicky Askew should have stopped the shot. 34 minutes into the game, Freddy Gil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Nicky Askew was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Freddy Gil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Gil in the 46th minute of play forced FC ARK CS's goalkeeper Nicky Askew to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicky Askew came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Chusca's Alfonso Perrando. But to his dismay, Alfonso Perrando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Freddy Gil made a kick off. Philip Caine struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Tiburcio Maore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ARK CS. Hilario Juvenal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicky Askew read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute Conan Layfield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Maore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Tris Marriot managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC ARK CS's supporters rose to their feet, but Tris Marriot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Maore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tris Marriot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Chusca's Freddy Gil got a free kick in the 66th minute. Tiburcio Maore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tris Marriot, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 69th minute, Aquilino Jokin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tris Marriot in the 71st minute of play forced Club Atletico Chusca's goalkeeper Tiburcio Maore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Duke was shown his second yellow card after 72 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Nicky Askew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Gil, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Nicky Askew showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Gil in the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Freddy Gil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicky Askew saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Freddy Gil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicky Askew having to make a save. FC ARK CS's Nicky Askew played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Gil in the 84th minute of play. Philip Caine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Tiburcio Maore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC ARK CS's Trev Drury got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The FC ARK CS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Club Atletico Chusca's performance. The match ended with a win for Club Atletico Chusca.
