Spectators: 7468 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vince Nicoll during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Juventus Telford getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Vince Nicoll hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Blakewell in the 7th minute of play forced El Millo de Haedo's goalkeeper Antonio Carrizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jake Coton charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jake Coton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of El Millo de Haedo booed when Juventus Telford was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jake Coton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimeno Precioso hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Vince Nicoll got his second yellow card in the match during the 15th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 16th minute, Vince Nicoll hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 19 minutes of play, Juventus Telford's Barney Garner made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antonio Carrizo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tris Hurst hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Barney Garner scored 2-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antonio Carrizo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jools Dickner came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by El Millo de Haedo's Ignacio Montrell. But to his dismay, Ignacio Montrell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The audience was convinced that Ignacio Montrell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jools Dickner was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. If Barney Garner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barney Garner to make the kick off. After some careless play in the El Millo de Haedo defense, Barney Garner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonio Carrizo. The El Millo de Haedo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Carrizo should have stopped the shot. Ty Harrington charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ty Harrington the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ty Harrington hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 58 minutes, Benicio Bibiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Millo de Haedo and the Juventus Telford players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Juventus Telford's Barney Garner got a free kick in the 71st minute. After having played for 72 minutes, Ignacio Montrell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Millo de Haedo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Montrell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antonio Carrizo came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Juventus Telford's Barney Garner. But to his dismay, Barney Garner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Barney Garner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Walter Blakewell came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Juventus Telford fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walter Blakewell couldn't finish the play. When Tomás Rico came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the El Millo de Haedo fans jumped to their feet.
