The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raimundo Galsino to strike the kick off in the second half. With 52 minutes on the clock, Orlando Osmundo commited a dangerous tackle. An unexpectedly hard shot by Morten Andersen in the 73rd minute of play forced Islas FC's goalkeeper Ernesto Cordero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Islas FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tobias Lind fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 82nd minute, Morten Andersen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tobias Lind sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
