Matthias Merk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 莫铮常 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. In the 8th minute, 陆轩傲 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerd Schlüter charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gerd Schlüter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gerd Schlüter kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 19th match minute, ≮Empire≯ 知否知否应是绿肥红瘦 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 康翔桦 to maneuver through the defense. Matthias Merk made an important save on a dangerous shot by 陆轩傲 in the 23rd minute. 31 minutes into the game, 陆轩傲 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matthias Merk. 陆轩傲 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 刘青源 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Noll in the 42nd minute of play. With his leg Matthias Merk managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when ≮Empire≯ 知否知否应是绿肥红瘦's 陆轩傲 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 莫铮常 to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, 莫铮常 made a precise shot to the right of Matthias Merk. Balus Treter's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 刘青源 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ekpenyong Vogler in the 57th minute. Matthias Merk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 陆轩傲 in the 60th minute of play. The supporters of ≮Empire≯ 知否知否应是绿肥红瘦 booed when Balus Treter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmund Wildemann didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Balus Treter's goal looked a bit too open when 陆轩傲 came free, but Matthias Merk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, 莫铮常 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matthias Merk. Balus Treter's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 莫铮常 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 莫铮常 took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matthias Merk. Matthias Merk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 83 minutes into the game, Paulus Schommer threw the ball into play from the sideline. ≮Empire≯ 知否知否应是绿肥红瘦's 毛泉悦 quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Edmund Wildemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Balus Treter's Ekpenyong Vogler seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ekpenyong Vogler the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Balus Treter protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ekpenyong Vogler had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Balus Treter! 莫铮常 walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Delf Adler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Balus Treter's Matthias Merk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 陆轩傲 in the 98th minute of play. Balus Treter's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
