Spectators: 7528 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) Zdzislaw Puszynski made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind AKS Kozienice's goalkeeper Bogdan Dziedziak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dariusz Hodas kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. When Hieronim Pisarcik came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the AKS Kozienice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hieronim Pisarcik couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Borzykówka's Robert Kosiorek got a free kick in the 30th minute. Korneliusz Ziemniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hieronim Pisarcik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Borzykówka's Korneliusz Ziemniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Soliwoda in the 46th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olaf Soliwoda to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play AKS Kozienice's Lech Giertych was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to AKS Kozienice getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Lech Giertych hit a great ball. Bogdan Dziedziak was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Tolek Kazczyk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tolek Kazczyk really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. If Boguslaw Wasikowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Korneliusz Ziemniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyryl Oleszak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of AKS Kozienice booed when Borzykówka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roch Zjawin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 71 minutes, Dariusz Hodas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AKS Kozienice and the Borzykówka players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 71 played minutes AKS Kozienice got a freekick which was hit by Dariusz Hodas. 75 minutes into the match, Hieronim Pisarcik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Korneliusz Ziemniak. Borzykówka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hieronim Pisarcik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Korneliusz Ziemniak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olaf Soliwoda went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. When Kazimierz Blicharz fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AKS Kozienice's protests and gave Kazimierz Blicharz a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Borzykówka booed when AKS Kozienice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kazimierz Blicharz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Zdzislaw Puszynski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, AKS Kozienice's Boguslaw Wasikowski got a free kick in the 87th minute. Bogdan Dziedziak made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Zdzislaw Puszynski sent off a good shot on target. After 96 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AKS Kozienice! Borzykówka's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because AKS Kozienice had won, even though Borzykówka had held more of the ball.
