Spectators: 7482 (Terracing: 5613, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Magno Zonta kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, COURO COME FC's goalkeeper Jeferson Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauro Segura. Francisco Javier Millapan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Sanches in the 5th minute of the match. The supporters of COURO COME FC booed when PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Palmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, COURO COME FC's Wilian Carioca got a free kick in the 15th minute. Wilian Carioca hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. A collision led to PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Viviano Longa hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, COURO COME FC's Oséas Medeiros got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 25th match minute, PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Palmer to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's goalkeeper Francisco Javier Millapan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute COURO COME FC were awarded a corner. Magno Zonta went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led COURO COME FC's Diguinho Quintal to fire away a dangerous shot which Francisco Javier Millapan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. COURO COME FC's Jeferson Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alesandro Zubelzu in the 32nd minute of play. Jeferson Andrade made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Segura in the 33rd minute. When Magno Zonta fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored COURO COME FC's protests and gave Magno Zonta a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, COURO COME FC's Magno Zonta got a free kick in the 35th minute. Mauro Segura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Sovino in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeferson Andrade saved COURO COME FC from getting behind. Jeferson Andrade made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Segura in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute, Jeferson Couto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The COURO COME FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After the first half COURO COME FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alesandro Zubelzu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Alesandro Zubelzu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 56 minutes, Seran Roco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC and the COURO COME FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wilian Carioca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francisco Javier Millapan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. When Diguinho Quintal came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the COURO COME FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diguinho Quintal couldn't finish the play. Jeferson Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alesandro Zubelzu in the 79th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Antônio Tasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Palmer in the 84th minute of play forced COURO COME FC's goalkeeper Jeferson Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the game, PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Zacarías Lazcano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeferson Andrade made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 89th minute, Magno Zonta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Magno Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Javier Millapan having to interfere. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Francisco Javier Millapan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Sanches in the 94th minute of play. Jeferson Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alesandro Zubelzu in the 95th minute of play.
