Spectators: 7492 (Terracing: 5620, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Vladimir Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans-Petter Bartnes in the 9th minute of play. Washington Berger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vladimir Neves came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Vestfjorden FK's Hans-Petter Bartnes. But to his dismay, Hans-Petter Bartnes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Tor-Egil Aanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Dante in the 23rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Washington Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mala FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Washington Berger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tor-Egil Aanes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Mala FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Samuel Dante hit a great ball. Mala FC's Vladimir Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarl Myrene in the 35th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Vestfjorden FK's Martin Torset seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Martin Torset the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Vestfjorden FK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Martin Torset had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Maurinho Jacinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Dante hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hans-Petter Bartnes was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Hans-Petter Bartnes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vladimir Neves, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Mala FC's Washington Berger got a free kick in the 56th minute. Laerte da Mata's late challenge caught a Vestfjorden FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laerte da Mata helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Mala FC's Samuel Dante got a free kick in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Vestfjorden FK getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Sture Vatle hit a great ball. A throw-in in the 65th minute of the game was made by Sture Vatle with David Evjen as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Vladimir Neves made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Hans-Petter Bartnes sent off a good shot on target. Vestfjorden FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Halvard Ernstsen in the 73rd minute. Halvard Ernstsen made a great header on Vestfjorden FK's corner, it was just that Mala FC's Vladimir Neves managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 75th minute, Laerte da Mata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Halvard Ernstsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vestfjorden FK's Halvard Ernstsen got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vladimir Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Halvard Ernstsen in the 89th minute. In the 90th match minute, Mala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Dante to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Kjartan Mogstad from long distance, 91 minutes into the match, got Vladimir Neves's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Halvard Ernstsen might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vladimir Neves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Halvard Ernstsen ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Vestfjorden FK defense, Washington Berger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tor-Egil Aanes. The Vestfjorden FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tor-Egil Aanes should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Vestfjorden FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mala FC throughout the match.
